As you already know teaching every lesson begins with a lesson plan to achieve the intended goals, learning outcomes and objectives. For our Hybrid lessons, we need to plan for both – what we can do in our synchronous class with students and what can be done asynchronously. In this lesson, we will explore how to effectively plan for our Hybrid lessons – in synchronous and asynchronous mode and we will also talk about innovative pedagogical methods like flipped learning and blended learning which you can use to modify your traditional lessons to become suitable for Hybrid format
