What makes a video a good video?

Let us watch these two videos:

There is no right or wrong answer. If a teacher(who is the target audience of the presenter) watches the Video 1, he/she might not continue watching the video after the first 20-30 seconds since the presenter has not established any objective of the video relating to the his/her need.
Whereas Video 2 begins with a slide which directly connects to the viewer’s need and establishes the objective of the video which is to help teachers use tech tools without having to spend time on researching.

Also notice how Video 2 uses simple, impactful and concise text on the slides to put across the content of the video.

But when it comes to understanding the content, Video 1 might be preferred by viewers since the video has voice narration along with the presentation whereas the content is delivered only via a presentation in Video 2
